Instructions

  1. Lay out cling film on a board. Place the lettuce leaves on top in a square arrangement with as little gaps as possible.
  2. Mix the quark with the horseradish, mustard and the spices. Add a splash of lemon juice or chopped radishes or paprika if you like. Now spread the quark evenly on the salad and spread the salmon on top.
  3. With the help of the film, it can now be easily rolled up. Place the finished wrap in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then serve.
  4. You can also eat an egg and snack on other vegetables. Ideal as an LC dinner.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
