  • 500 g salmon fillet (s), skinless, cut into 4 slices
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 25 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g parmesan, finely rated
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Place the flour, beaten egg and a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan on 3 plates. Roll the peppered salmon slices in this order.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salmon strips for about 4 minutes on each side.
  3. A green salad, for example, tastes good with it.
