- 400 g salmon fillet (s)
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 sprig basil
- 1 sprig thyme
- 16 cherry tomato (s)
- 4 shallot (s)
- 1 clove garlic

- Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix lemon juice with olive oil and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped herbs and marinate the salmon pieces in them for 30 minutes.
- Wash tomatoes, peel and halve shallots. Put the fish with the two prepared ingredients alternately on 8 skewers and brush with the marinade (especially the vegetables). Cook the skewers either on the grill or under the grill for about 12 minutes, turning more often.
