  • 75 g smoked salmon
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly pesto or herbs
  • 0.25 ¼ pack dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Knead the dry yeast, salt, flour and water for about 10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Then let rise for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, defrost the spinach and cut the spring onions into rings. Mix the low-fat quark with a little salt and pepper. If you want, you can also stir in pesto or herbs.
  3. Then roll out the dough very thinly and brush with the low-fat quark. Spread the spinach on top and pour the salmon on top in small pieces. Pepper lightly. Then distribute the spring onions on top.
  4. Put the tarte flambée in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Always check that the tarte flambée should be lightly browned from below.
