  • 500 g minced meat, (beef or mixed)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 point tomato (s), (Tomato al Gusto or similar)
  • 1 bottle chili sauce, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 4 onion (s)
  • Garlic, as needed

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta until al dente, fry the minced meat until it is crumbly, season with salt, garlic and chili sauce, set aside.
  2. Wash the peppers, cut into strips, fry briefly, season with salt, pepper and garlic, set aside.
  3. Wash the zucchini, clean, cut into slices, fry briefly, season with salt, pepper and garlic, set aside.
  4. Peel the onions, cut into not too small pieces, fry briefly, set aside.
  5. Line the baking sheet with baking paper, distribute the pasta evenly on it, distribute all the ingredients evenly on it, like in a pizza, sprinkle with the chilli sauce every now and then, finally sprinkle with plenty of cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection) for about 30 minutes.
  7. Attention! The chili sauce has it all! If you don`t like it that spicy, you should try seasoning ketchup.
