Ingredients

  • 300 g puff pastry, (frozen product or from the refrierated counter)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 250 g sprin onion (s)
  • 200 g salami
  • 50 g cheese, rated Emmentaler
  • salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried

Instructions

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw. Lay them on top of each other at the edges. Roll out into a 40 x 40 cm square.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the cleaned and cut spring onions in it. Remove from heat and spread on top of the puff pastry. Place the salami on top, pour the grated Emmentaler cheese over it and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Roll up the dough. Cut the roll into even slices.
  3. Place the snails on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  4. Bake the sausage snails for 15-20 minutes, remove and serve immediately.
