  • 600 g flour (405 or soul flour)
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 375 ml water, lukewarm
  • 8 sausages (strings or Wienerle)

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from the flour, yeast, salt and the water.
  2. Divide into 8 portions and roll out into a rectangle. Wrap sausages in it and brush with cold water.
  3. Baking: fan oven 175 ° C for approx. 15 min
  4. Serve the whole thing with a salad.
  5. Or give it cold as a snack or breakfast for school.
