Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with the yeast and water. Finally add a pinch of salt, knead well and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled its volume.
  2. Finely chop the onions, dice the bacon and cut the sauerkraut a little smaller. Knead these ingredients thoroughly into the yeast dough.
  3. Form small rolls and bake for about ½ hour at 200 ° C.
