Ingredients

  • 10 g yeast
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • Clarified butter, for frying
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast and whisk with some warm milk. Mix in the rest of the milk, egg, salt and sugar. Stir in the flour and washed raisins as well. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat some clarified butter in a pan. Using a tablespoon, add the batter to the pan in portions and bake the pancakes until golden on both sides. Arrange on plates and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
  3. Compote goes best with the pancakes. If there isn`t any, jam also tastes very good.
