• 6 pork schnitzel
• 20 slices bacon or raw ham
• 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
• 1 cup cream
• 3 tablespoon flour
• 1 onion (s)
• 1 dash tomato ketchup

Instructions

1. Cut the schnitzel into slightly larger pieces. Wrap with the bacon or ham slices and place in a baking dish. Chop the onion into small pieces, mix with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour into the baking dish. Then cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
