Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 2 onion (s), cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 6 tortilla (s) (wheat)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 3 bell peppers, cut into small pieces
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky, 400 g
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a pan with enough oil and add tomato paste, a little salt and pepper. Put the minced meat in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Now fry the onions, garlic, corn, paprika and the chili powder in the pan and add the minced meat again. Season everything again.
  3. Brush the wheat tortillas with sour cream and place a small ladle of the meat mixture on each, roll up and place in the baking dish. Spread the remaining sour cream and the chopped tomatoes on the tortillas, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C for about 25 minutes or a little longer.
