  • Pork schnitzels (100-120 g each) – 4 pcs.
  • White mushrooms fresh or frozen – 100 g
  • Sweet and sour apple – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Ground walnuts – 2 tbsp

  1. Grease pork schnitzels with vegetable oil and fry on the grill or in a grill pan. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap the schnitzels in foil and place them in a warm place.

  2. Chop the onion finely and fry in oil.

  3. Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Grind the nuts on a rotary grater.

  4. Add mushrooms to the onion, season with salt and pepper, and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add apples and nuts and fry for 3 minutes.
