  • 8 mushrooms (parasol mushroom - heads)

  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Clean the heads of the mushrooms with a little water. Mix the eggs with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Turn the mushrooms first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Bake the breaded mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes until they are golden brown on both sides.
  3. Serve with salad and fresh bread.
