Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 8 ring / s pineapples (possibly cut into pieces)
  • Mushrooms as required, cut
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 packet sauce (cream sauce)
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the schnitzel and place in a baking dish. Spread pineapple rings or cut pineapple pieces on top. Also add the cleaned mushrooms as needed. Mix the cream, crème fraiche, cream sauce and pineapple juice from the can and season well with salt and pepper. Pour over the meat and cook in the preheated oven for approx. 1 hour at 200 ° C.
  2. Serve hot.
