  • 700 g potato noodles
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons cream cheese, with herbs or paprika
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Also chop the mushrooms and onions into small pieces. Fry in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry the sausages in a separate pan, take them out of the pan and also fry the potato noodles in it. Mix everything in a pan, add the cream cheese and stir in.
