Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 3 medium potato (s)
  • 200 g seitan
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 250 g tomatoes, passed
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some stalks parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika, hot pink
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • some tabasco or chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them with a little salt. Dice the peppers and cut the seitan into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Sear the seitan and then put it in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the tomatoes, vegetable stock and tomato paste together. Season with the spices and Tabasco or chili sauce. Place in the baking dish with the peppers and potatoes and mix well.
  4. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 ° C top / bottom heat, circulating air 200 ° C. Garnish with fresh parsley after removing from the oven.
