Ingredients

  • 150 g low-fat quark or semi-fat quark
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk, any fat level
  • 20 g semolina, (soft wheat semolina)
  • 10 g raisins
  • 2 drops butter-vanilla flavor
  • 25 g suar (or sweetener)
  • 10 g cane suar
  • 10 g flaked almonds
  • 100 g fruit accordin to season and taste, e.., Peaches

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the egg, milk, semolina and vanilla flavor. Add the sugar, the amount can of course be reduced or increased, or replaced with liquid sweetener.
  2. Put the mixture in an ovenproof baking dish. Prepare the fruit and place on it, sprinkle with flaked almonds, raisins and cane sugar.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 35 minutes.
  4. The casserole has a wonderful cheesecake-like note and tastes particularly good in winter with apples, in summer it tastes particularly good with fresh, juicy peaches!
  5. Sufficient for 1 person as a main course, for 2 as a dessert.
