Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe melon (s)
- 80 g Serrano ham
- 1 packet mini mozzarella, 25 g
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 sprig (s) thyme, fresh
- 2 stems oregano, fresh
- salt and pepper

- Core the melon and cut out 12 balls with a cutter. Drain the mozzarella balls and drain well. Cut the ham into strips and fold them a little.
- Place the mozzarella, basil, melon and ham alternately on wooden skewers.
- Wash the thyme and oregano, spin dry and chop the leaves very finely. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, thyme and oregano into a vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the skewers on plates and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
