Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ honeydew melon (s)
- 0.25 ¼ melon (s), (watermelon)
- 1 tablespoon oregano, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (cumin)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ fennel seeds, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar, brown
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon orange (s), untreated, zest it

- Core, peel and cut the melons into large cubes. Skewer the cubes alternately. It is also nice to use different colored honeydew melons with the watermelon.
- Finely chop the oregano and orange zest. Mix everything with the spices and sprinkle the melon skewers with them.
- The skewers can be served as a starter or as a decoration for a watermelon gazpacho. (Recipe in my profile).
