Ingredients- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 8 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
- 5 tablespoon water, hot
- 4 tablespoon parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch fresh basil
