Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and clean the vegetables. Slice the leek diagonally and the carrot into thin strips. Dice the pepper and slice the mushrooms.
Put the leek and carrots in a hot pan and sauté with a little soy sauce. Add paprika and mushrooms and sauté. If necessary, add a little more soy sauce. Drain the sprouts and mix in. Drain the cooked pasta and mix in as well. Finally, pour in the Shanghai sauce, stir in well and heat briefly.
