- 450 g sheep cheese (alternatively feta cheese)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 jar tomato peppers
- 100 g hot peppers, fresh
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, good

- Lay out 4 large rectangles of aluminum foil. Brush each of them with a tablespoon of good olive oil.
- Cut the sheep`s cheese into even slices. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Also cut the tomato peppers into strips. Wash the fresh peppers and cut into small rings.
- Distribute the sheep`s cheese evenly on the pieces of aluminum foil. Spread the onions, tomato peppers and peppers on the cheese.
- Cover the cheese with aluminum foil and bake the whole thing for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.
- Fresh flatbread tastes good with it.
