  • 250 g shrimp (s) (approx. 18 pieces)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the basil. Peel off the garlic clove, press through and mix with basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix the prawns with the marinade and let it steep a little. Then stick on three skewers and brush with the rest of the marinade. Grill while turning or fry in a grill pan.

  3. The prawns are tasty not only as a starter, but also when grilling or on a salad that you have put together yourself! Great in summer!
