Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sprig basil
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 16 cherry tomato (s)
  • 4 shallot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix lemon juice with olive oil and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped herbs and marinate the salmon pieces in them for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash tomatoes, peel and halve shallots. Put the fish with the two prepared ingredients alternately on 8 skewers and brush with the marinade (especially the vegetables). Cook the skewers either on the grill or under the grill for about 12 minutes, turning more often.
