Shulemka Hunting Soup

A soup that hunters usually cook with smoke on fires. But at home, this soup turns out to be no less tasty, because the whole secret of this soup is in frying all the ingredients.
Ingredients
- Meat – 150 g
- Potatoes – 1 medium
- Carrots – 1 small
- Onion – 1 medium
- Tomatoes – 1 medium
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Directions
- Coarsely chop everything except the onion.
Put a cauldron of water and a frying pan on the stove.
All the “salt” of the recipe is in the roasting ingredients.
The cauldron starts to boil – reduce the heat to medium.
- Put meat in a preheated frying pan, fry until golden brown.
- Place the meat in the water.
Put potatoes in the same frying pan, fry until golden brown, and put in a cauldron.
Put onions and carrots in a pan and fry, put in a cauldron. Let the soup simmer and season with salt.
Add tomatoes, squeeze garlic, add spices.
Turn off the heat and leave it on the stove.
