  • 225 g spinach leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach leaves or blanch the fresh spinach. Then put the spinach in a sieve, rinse and squeeze out the water with your hands until it is dry.
  2. Add salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil and garlic and mix in. Serve at room temperature. Rice, kim and kimchi are enough.
