Ingredients

  • 300 g white cabbae (kimchi), Korean, pickled
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 half onion (s)
  • 100 g pork, (no minced meat!)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Chop the kimchi, pork and onion, mix with the remaining ingredients and knead well. Use the sauce the kimchi is in. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Place tablespoon at a time in a coated pan, when the underside is golden yellow, turn the pancakes. When the other side is golden yellow too, you`re done.
