Korean Zucchini Salad

Such a fragrant and crunchy Korean zucchini salad will instantly disappear from your table. A set of products for a salad is quite affordable, and its preparation is elementary. A great option for lovers of savory dishes.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 500 g (1-2 pcs.)
  • Carrots – 200 g (1 pc.)
  • Chili pepper – 5-10 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Fresh dill – 20 g
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander – 1 pinch
  • Dried thyme – 1 pinch
  • Ground paprika – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.
  2. We put water on heating.
  3. Cut the courgettes into quarters.
  4. We send the zucchini to boiling water. Blanch for 5-7 minutes and put in a colander.
  5. Pass the garlic through a press.
  6. Peel and grate the carrots in Korean style.
  7. Chop hot peppers thinly.
  8. Finely chop the greens.
  9. Combine zucchini, carrots, garlic, hot peppers and herbs in a convenient bowl.
  10. Add spices.
  11. We also add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil.
  12. Mix thoroughly.
  13. We put it tightly in a container and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  14. Korean zucchini salad is ready.
