Cut the meat into small cubes and sauté. In the meantime, roughly dice the onions and add them with the peppers cut into strips. Sauté briefly, season with salt and paprika powder and pour in the canned tomatoes and then with the broth. With the lid closed, simmer for 1 - 1.5 hours until the meat is tender. Now add tomato paste until the desired consistency is achieved. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper and sugar.
