Ingredients
- 1 melon (s) (watermelon), approx. 2 kg
- 1 bottle white wine, dry
- 1 bottle sparkling wine

- Cut the watermelon into small bite-sized pieces and place in a punch bowl. Pour the white wine over the whole thing and let it cool for about 1 hour.
- To serve, put the melon pieces and the wine in a nice glass and pour over champagne.
- If you don`t like that much alcohol, you can also add mineral water and lemonade to it. A wonderful drink in the hot summer.
