  • 125 g rye flour (type 1150)
  • 125 g sourdouh, (rye sourdouh)
  • 350 ml water
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g yeast

Instructions

  1. Mix the flours together and then add the sourdough. Then you dissolve the yeast and the salt in the water and mix this with it.
