  • 75 g bacon, diced
  • 125 g cremefine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 large onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled sugar

Instructions

  1. Spread the dough out on baking paper and form a kind of edge from the sides. Prick the dough with a fork. Fry the bacon and onions with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Whisk the Cremefine and the egg, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the bacon and onion mixture on the dough and spread the creamy mixture on top.
  4. Bake at 210 ° C for about 25 minutes.
