  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 110 ml water
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Make a dough out of flour, salt, oil and water. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to the hands, otherwise add a little flour. Let rest for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Stir the sour cream until smooth and season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into thin strips.
  3. Now roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin on a work surface dusted with flour and place on a baking sheet or baking stone. Now brush with sour cream, spread the onion on top and sprinkle with the bacon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at at least 200 ° C for a good 20 minutes.
  5. A glass of chilled white wine goes well with it.
