Instructions

  1. Brush the toast with butter, if you like toast beforehand, put it on a plate.
  2. Spread the salami slices on the bread.
  3. Heat the fat in a small pan and fry 2 fried eggs.
  4. Cut the spring onion into small rolls.
  5. Place the eggs on the toast, season, sprinkle with leek rolls and put tomatoes on the edge of the plate as a decoration.
