Ingredients

  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 3 medium carrot (s)
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 cheese, (Boursin with pepper)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 dl bouillon
  • 1 dl white wine

Instructions

  1. Fry the chicken breast with cubed bacon and set aside. Steam the chopped onions and carrots cut into stems and deglaze with white wine, add the stock and simmer for approx. 5 minutes. (Carrots shouldn`t be too soft.)
  2. Add the chicken breast again, mix in the Boursin and mustard, heat up.
  3. I serve thin noodles or rice with it.
