  • 1 banana (s)
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 onions)
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoon parsley. chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Basmati
  • 1 tablespoon sauce thickener, lighter, if necessary

Instructions

  1. Cut the apples and onions into cubes. Remove the fat from the pork fillet and cut into strips.
  2. Brush a coated pan with the oil and briefly fry the apples, onions and meat in it. Pour in the vegetable stock and let everything simmer with the lid closed for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. In the meantime, cook the basmati rice in salted water.
  4. Now add the raisins and sour cream to the meat pan. Season everything vigorously with curry powder and season with salt and paprika powder. Possibly stir in 1 tablespoon light sauce thickener if everything is too runny.
  5. Turn off the stove, peel the banana, cut into slices and fold in.
  6. Arrange everything with the basmati rice on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
  7. Very fruity and low in calories.
