Ingredients

  • 400 g pork fillet (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 150 g bacon, lean, diced
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.15 liters red wine
  • 0.15 liters cream
  • some chives, cut into rolls
  • sour cream
  • Beetroot, pickled
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into fine strips. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Cut the pickles into fine strips and finely dice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon in it. Add the onions, sweat them lightly, then add the mushrooms and cucumber strips. Deglaze everything with soy sauce and red wine, stir in the cream and let it simmer a little.
  3. Heat the meat in another one with oil, fry the pan for a good 5 minutes and then add to the sauce and stir in. Garnish with sour cream, beetroot and chives on the plate. Rice, ribbon noodles or just baguette go well with it.
