  • 1 tablespoon potato flour
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Mix with 1 tablespoon potato starch and fry in a pan with oil. Add the garlic, sauté briefly and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Add the mushrooms, top up with cream and simmer for two minutes. Season the sauce to taste.
  2. Potato biscuits or pasta go well with this.
