Ingredients
- 125 g wheat flour
- 125 g rye flour
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 0.5 ½ pack dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 ml water, lukewarm

- Mix all dry ingredients together well, make a well and gradually mix the flour mix with the water from the middle. Mix everything well. It is possible that the dough will still stick to your fingers, then simply add flour until it is a solid mass. Cover and let rest at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes. Then shape the dough into a loaf of bread and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at approx. 200 ° C for 45 minutes on the lower rack.
