Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon cereal flakes, ( grain flakes)
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1 ½ dl milk, (oat milk)
- 2 tablespoon oat cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 handful grapes, halved, pitted
- 3 fig (s), dried, cut into cubes
- possibly water

- Mix the flakes, bran, linseed and fig cubes well with the oat milk, stir in the lemon juice and let everything swell for about 15 minutes.
- Then fold in the hazelnuts and grapes. To make it creamy, stir in the oat cream.
- If the consistency is still too thick, mix in more of the oat milk or just some water.
