  • 1 small beetroot, cooked
  • 400 g coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon linseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil or wheat germ oil

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and take out the pulp with a spoon. Peel and roughly chop the bananas. Mix the avocado, bananas, ginger and beetroot with coconut water, linseed oil and wheat germ oil / rapeseed oil and pour into glasses.
