  • Grapes – 200 g
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Pear – 1 pc.
  • Spinach (fresh or defrosted) – 70 g
  • Green tea – 1 teaspoon
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 150 ml

  1. Pour green tea leaves with hot water (temperature should not exceed 80 degrees). Let the tea brew and cool for 10-15 minutes.

  2. The pear and apple must be peeled and peeled. Remove the grapes from the twig and rinse under running water. Coarsely chop the apple and pear into a blender bowl.
  3. Add prepared grapes to the fruit. Grind with a blender until pureed.
