Smoothie with Zucchini, Plums and Herbs

This green squash, plum, and fresh parsley smoothie is a low-calorie, vitamin-rich snack that can be made in a couple of minutes with just 3 ingredients. Fast, satisfying, and healthy! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 150 g (1 pcs.)
  • Plums – 100 g (2 pcs.)
  • Fresh parsley – 25 g (4-5 sprigs)
  • Water – 250 ml

Use pre-chilled ingredients for cooking.

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the courgettes, plums, and herbs. Separate the parsley leaves from the stems and chop coarsely. Peel the zucchini and chop coarsely as well. Remove the seeds from the plums. Cut the plums into large pieces.
  2. Place all prepared ingredients in a blender bowl. Add water.
  3. Whisk everything for a few minutes on a high-speed blender until smooth.
  4. An unusual smoothie with zucchini, plums, and herbs is ready. Pour the drink into glasses and serve. Bon Appetit!
