Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s), fresh
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 dl Grand Marnier
  • 2 dl cream, whipped until stiff
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy, add the Grand Marnier and stir well again.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and pull in. Fill into suitable bowls and immediately place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder over it with the tea strainer.
  4. Then use the coffee spoon to press a hazelnut-sized hole in the middle of the cream and add Grand
  5. Fill Marnier.
  6. Serve immediately.
