Ingredients

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 375 g sausae (Mettwurst)
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 9 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 750 g bell pepper (s)
  • 3 small Can (s) beans, red
  • 1 ½ liters water
  • 400 ml red wine
  • 6 cubes broth
  • Salt and sugar
  • Chili powder and paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat in the fat, cut the sausage into slices, roughly chop the onion, dice the garlic cloves, add everything to the minced meat and fry well. Cut the peppers into strips, add to the minced meat and fry with them. Drain the beans and add to the minced meat. Deglaze the minced meat with the water. Add red wine and stock cube and bring to the boil once. Add beans and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with the spices.
