Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • some butter
  • 1 cup crème fraîche, approx. 50 g - 200 g
  • 1 cup crème fraîche, light, with herbs, approx. 50 g - 200 g
  • 150 ml whiskey
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g feta cheese, mild
  • 4 tomato (s), dried in oil
  • tomato paste
  • Chilli flakes
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry in a saucepan with a little butter until translucent.
  3. Put the two cups of crème fraîche in another saucepan and heat, but do not let them boil!
  4. Add the whiskey to the onion and also heat it, do not let it boil.
  5. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Dice the feta cheese and chop the tomatoes as well.
  6. Add the crème fraîche to the whiskey and stir well. Add the smoked salmon, feta and tomatoes and let everything heat up. Add tomato paste and season the sauce with pepper and chilli flakes.
  7. Put the spaghetti on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
