Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 250 g seafood, frozen
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Herbs, Italian
  • Chili powder
  • Sweetener, liquid
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put on a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, put the finely chopped garlic in a large pan with a little olive oil over medium heat. Shortly afterwards add the defrosted frozen seafood and let it stew for a long time
  3. until the escaping liquid has evaporated. Then add the tomatoes, with basil, Italian herbs,
  4. Season salt, pepper, possibly chilli and the sweetener and simmer briefly over medium heat.
  5. In the meantime, add a pinch of salt to the saucepan and cook the spaghetti in the boiling water until al dente. As soon as the spaghetti is ready, drain, drain and immediately add to the sauce and mix everything together well. Possibly season again.
  6. The amount is enough for approx. 2-3 servings.
