Spaghetti with Cuttlefish Ink and Seafood

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink – 50-70 Grams
  • Cherry tomatoes – 1-2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Parmesan – 50 Grams
  • Cream – 80-100 Milliliters
  • Wine – 70 Milliliters
  • Thyme, parsley – To taste
  • Seafood cocktail – 80-100 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Put the spaghetti to boil – boil for an average of 8 minutes, do not boil it, then discard it in a colander.
  3. While the spaghetti is boiling, you can fry the sea cocktail – in olive oil, for 2-3 minutes, then add thyme and finely chopped garlic to it.
  4. Then pour in the wine, let the alcohol evaporate (2 minutes), then pour in the cream. As it boils – simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the quartered tomatoes and finely chopped parsley to the seafood.
  6. Put the boiled spaghetti in a pan, stir, simmer for a minute and you can turn it off.
  7. Grate the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle the prepared spaghetti with cuttlefish ink and seafood with grated cheese and serve.
