- 1 onion (s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon sauce thickener, lighter
- some salt and pepper
- 500 g spahetti
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 1 bunch chives

- Peel and dice the onion. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Fry both in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock and cream and bring to the boil. Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the cooked ham into small pieces. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls.
- Drain and drain the pasta. Then mix with the sauce, ham and chives and serve hot.
