  • 20 leaves sage
  • 500 g spahetti
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the butter in a pan, sprinkle the sage leaves over it and sauté briefly. Drain the spaghetti, add to the pan and mix with the butter and sage leaves.
  2. Arrange on a flat plate, pour salt and pepper from the mill on top and grate the parmesan on top.
